Excellent road connections: With the Marl-Nord motorway interchange, access to the motorway network is a short distance away. The A 52 is about one kilometer away and the A 43 can also be easily reached from the site. In a second development phase, a new motorway junction in the north of Marl is to create additional opportunities.
gate.ruhr uses the existing infrastructure of the site with its industrial tradition. The site has trimodal connections via water, road and railway.
